I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I came to the Long Beach Modern Dentistry after neglecting my oral hygiene. I get extremely nervous and made that known when I arrived. My dentist and the Modern Dentistry staff were AMAZING. They understood my anxiety and made me feel comfortable and informed the second my appointment started. I now have a team working with me and I am so very grateful.

I came in as a first time patient today and Dr. Cowan was extremely professional while also ensuring I was comfortable. He took his time and ensured all of my questions were answered and that I fully understood each step of the visit. He also did my cleaning as the hygienists were taking care of other patients; he did a fantastic job. The office manager, Tiffany was LOVELY and is excellent at what she does! She is extremely professional and takes the time to explain things really well and works hard to ensure that insurance covers what it's supposed to. The tech that did my x-rays was also awesome and made me feel comfortable and explained every step. The team was all around professional, warm, and good at what they do. I'm excited to have found a good team as it's been a struggle in the past. Thanks Dr. Cowan and team!

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Cowen's dental office. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office is clean, modern, and creates a very comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Cowen took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. It's clear that patient care is a top priority here. The staff was attentive, gentle, and genuinely caring, which made my dental appointment stress-free and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Cowen and the entire team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy dentist in Long Beach. Thank you for providing such excellent care!

This dentist facility has been a good experience for me. I went to the office as a new patient and they handled me with the most professionalism. The place is well maintained, clean, and has the latest technology. They offer services that some other dental offices do not offer, such as saliva testing. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I had a deep teeth cleaning service done upon my first visit and it was well done by Ayalit. The dentist Dr. Justin Cowan performed my ceramic fillings. Even though it was done quickly, but I felt like I had someone with a good amount of experience working on me.

The absolute best Dental Office ever! Highly recommended! I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Cowan years ago where I had extensive work done in 2023. After living abroad for a few years, I was thrilled to find him again at his great new facility at Long Beach Modern Dentistry. Dr. Cowan and his ENTIRE staff are truly the best, so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and efficient. This office makes going to the dentist a positive experience and one would be crazy to go anywhere else!
